When some, and/ or, any, public official, suggests, or tells the population, to forget/ igonore, what they’ve seen using own eyes, or heard, using their ears, and, instead, simply, believe, and accept, what he tells them! In the past couple of years, on many occasions, some of our elected officials, have resorted to the strategy, put together with telling lies, and turning to blaming and complaining, in lieu of suggesting any viable solutions! Time – after – time, evidence, discovered, after – the – fact, clearly, indicates, this behavior, etc! Forget – the – facts, and blindly, trust, and believe them, and version of reality, instead! With, that at heart, this article attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, 5 demonstration of this, and why, we needs to be concerned, and demand better.
- The events of, and leading – up, to January 6th: Although, the horrific events, and behavior of a few – hundred, ardent, core supporters, in the former – President, appeared to belief Trump’s version, that this election was stolen, although, every recount, and court case, deemed it, untrue! Simply – stated, regardless how much, it had been claimed (and, is still), the, fake, Big Steal, failed to occur, plus – fact, the 2020 Presidential election, was probably, probably the most – honest, and accurate, ever sold! Recent disclosures in the House Selective Committee, shows, many, on the day in the insurrection, several individuals, including, Donald Trump Jr., Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, etc, sent texts, etc, to, then – Chief of Staff Meadows, pleading, with him, to find the President, to publicly, ask his supporters, to wind down, and quit their behaviors. The evidence may seem to indicate, not just, did he not, respond, immediately, but, waited, over 5 hours, prior to making any statement! After – the – fact, we appear to have witnessed, a sort of revisionist – history, where, all of the individuals, resorted to many version/ combination, of blaming others, claiming it had not been violent, and Trump claimed, if it had not been for him, it will have been, far – worse!
- Pandemic lies/ theories: Instead of handling the horrific pandemic, in accordance with the advice, and counsel, in the health experts, and professionals, the first sort – President, did actually equate health conditions, with harm to the economy! How many more died, and definately will die, because, as an alternative to proactively, handling this on the onset, Trump resorted to creating false – claims, and espousing, unproven theories, rather than encouraging others, to follow along with, the advice with the experts!
- Systemic Racism: Some minority members claim, treatments by some police, was in accordance with the concept, they called, as, Driving while Black! We have seen several instances, clearly, indicating, the Courts, Police, among others, intentionally, or – not, proceed, with systemic racism! What happened to. All guys are created equal, and, Equal protection with the law, etc?
- 2017 Tax Reform: Although, President Trump, and his awesome Republic Party, elected officials, stated, that legislation, would predominantly, profit the middle – class, and significantly, lower tax burdens, it seems like, it had been clearly, designed, to predominantly, support, and help, the wealthiest Americans, and largest corportations! At the same time, most economists state, it created, a deficit of more than a trillion dollars, which, has exacerbated, the excess debt, created, by funding support, because from the pandemic. The same people that supported this tax law, now, state, the large American deficit, would be the fault of President Joe Biden, even, though, it largely, would have been a result on the leadership, the last 4 years.
- Blame and complain/ Empty promises and rhetoric (vitriol)/ No solutions: After Charlottesville, plus the clearly – witnessed/ observed, racist, violent behavior, of a few, the President, famously, stated, There were good people on both sides. Over – and – over, again, he articulated a communication, which enabled the haters, making them feel eligible for their prejudices, etc! When, we end up needing someone, in order to heal our wounds, and convey us, together, to the greater good, seeking some form of meeting – of – the – minds, he constantly, resorted into a polarizing, adversarial message, and much with the horrible events, regarding violence, and public safety, really should be placed, squarely, on his shoulders!
Wake up, America, because, is and we don’t demand, protecting the whole Constitutional guarantees, rights, and freedoms (as an alternative to selectively), we’re going to lose our identity, and, perhaps, a lot of our democracy! Will you insist, on better, and even more integrity, ethics, and ideals, from those, you choose?
